Everything you need to know about Beyond RE:NEW
Sometimes a garment is not approved for sale as a regular Beyond Nordic product due to visible errors or small cosmetic imperfections from production. Instead of letting these garments go to waste, we carefully inspect them and repair them when necessary, giving them a new chance through our program Beyond RE:NEW.
By choosing to purchase garments through Beyond RE:NEW, you become part of a circular movement – reducing waste, saving our planet’s resources, and making the most of high-quality outdoor gear, while also benefiting from a significantly reduced price.
What is Beyond RE:NEW?
Beyond RE:NEW is our way of giving outdoor gear a second chance. These are fully functional products that may have small cosmetic imperfections from production or handling. When needed, items are carefully inspected and repaired, but some products are sold with visible cosmetic flaws that do not affect performance.
What kind of imperfections can I expect?
Items may have minor cosmetic imperfections from manufacturing or handling. These can include:
Dirt marks from production
Small needle holes from incorrect stitching
Minor abrasions or scuffs in the fabric
Uneven or poorly aligned stitching
Misaligned logos
Small repaired holes
Other minor visual imperfections that, for various reasons, mean the garment does not qualify for sale at full price
When needed, items are carefully inspected and repaired by our repairs team, but some products are sold with visible cosmetic flaws.
You will always receive a fully functional garment, ready for outdoor use.

Will I know exactly what’s wrong with my item?
Unfortunately not, we are unable to list imperfections for each garment, however we promise that the item is fully functional and outdoor-ready. Should you be unhappy with your garment you always have the right to return the garment with our 30 day returns policy.
Do RE:NEW products come with a warranty?
Yes absolutley – all RE:NEW products are covered by the same warranty and terms as our standard collection.
Are RE:NEW products brand new?
In the vast majority of cases, Beyond RE:NEW products are brand new and have never been used.
In rare instances, a product may have been briefly worn or handled, for example during a photoshoot. In these cases, the garment has only been used for a short period of time and cannot be sold as new for that reason.
Regardless of origin, all Beyond RE:NEW products are carefully inspected and are fully functional, clean, and ready for outdoor use.
Can I return a RE:NEW product?
Of course. Just like with all our products, you have a 30-day return policy.
