The Adventure Backpack 40L is engineered for those who move fast and travel light without compromising on comfort or durability. Whether you're hiking through forests, scrambling over rocky terrain, or heading out for a multi-day adventure, this pack adapts to your body and your environment.
At the core is the TrekFit adjustable carry system, designed to fit all body types. With multiple adjustment points, including a velcro-adjustable back panel and ergonomic shoulder straps, you can fine-tune the fit for optimal load distribution. The integrated ERGOFOAM padding in the shoulder straps, back panel, and lumbar support ensures long-lasting comfort while reducing strain on your spine during extended use.
The backpack features an advanced Airstream back panel construction, promoting airflow and keeping you cool on demanding hikes. A 4mm reinforced pre-curved metal frame provides structure and stability, even when carrying heavier loads.
Storage is intuitive and highly accessible. The main compartment includes a fabric cinch collar and can also be accessed via a full-length front zipper, allowing quick access to your gear without unpacking. Multiple external pockets, including side pockets, a front mesh pocket, and a rear lid pocket, keep essentials within easy reach.
For unpredictable weather, a high-visibility rain cover is integrated into its own dedicated pocket at the base. Compression straps, bungee cord systems, and multiple attachment points allow you to secure additional gear like trekking poles, sleeping bags, or tents.
Constructed using TerraFlex™ high-performance materials, the backpack combines lightweight durability with weather resistance. The main fabric uses 200D nylon ripstop with PU coating, reinforced with 600D durable nylon in high-wear areas.
This 40L version is ideal for shorter adventures where efficiency and mobility are key.

Open purchase for 30 days
Of course we want you to be satisfied with your new clothing. That's why we always give you an open purchase period of 30 days. The only condition when sending an item back is that the item is returned to us unused, with it's original packaging and tags. If an item is miss delivered or incorrect, please contact our customer service.

When out in the wilderness safety is extremely important, which is why we feature RECCO® Technology in as many of our garments as possible. This garment is implanted with a RECCO® reflector chip, making you searchable to professional rescue teams around the world by air or ground in the event of an accident or if you get lost in the outdoors. RECCO® reflectors are lightweight and require no power or activation to function. They are designed to last a lifetime and do not age or wear out.
