The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Beyond Nordic. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
The company has its seat in Stockholm, Sweden. The company's postal address is BeyoNord AB, Godsgränd 1, 194 61 Upplands Vasby (no visitor address). If you want to get in touch with us, send an email to [email protected] with your question and your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, prices, as well as billing and shipping address.
You as a customer are responsible for entering and reviewing your complete and correct address information when placing your order. Should the address be incorrectly stated (wrong postcode, lack of street number, etc.), it might happen that the package can not be delivered. This generates an additional cost for us towards our freight forwarder and will be charged with EUR 30,- from any refund after the shipment has been returned to our warehouse.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail to [email protected], so that we have time to correct it before delivery.
Delivery
We always do our very best to deliver your order to you as fast as we can. Your order is always shipped on the same day as it was placed or on the following day. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be shipped on the following business day.

All deliveries are sent with DPD, DHL, UPS or Postnord. The available delivery methods will vary according to the country you are ordering from, and you can see the delivery methods available for your country at checkout. If several delivery methods are available for your country, you can chose your preferred delivery method at checkout. However, we reserve the right to choose the best delivery method depending on the size of your order. To assure that the parcel can be delivered to you, we kindly ask you to enter your home address. The address of a DHL or UPS pickup point or similar is not permitted as delivery address.
Delivery with "Deposit OK" (Authority to Leave):
If you select a shipping option that allows the package to be delivered without a signature (e.g., DPD's "Deposit OK"), you authorize the freight carrier to leave the shipment at the specified delivery location (e.g., doorstep, driveway). By choosing this option, you accept full responsibility for the package once it is delivered. Beyond Nordic cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Your will receive an order confirmation with your tracking information by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Unclaimed parcels EU and Norway
If you do not pick up your parcel in time, this generates additional costs towards our freight forwarder and a fee of EUR 30,- will be deducted from a potential refund for orders within the EU and Norway.
Unclaimed parcels outside EU
If you do not pick up your parcel in time or settle potential import duties upon your parcels arrival in your country, Beyond Nordic will not be liable for any costs related to this.
Unclaimed packages outside of the EU will be abandoned and your right to a refund will therefore be lost. We therefore urge all our customers to be aware of potential duties before importing goods from EU to their residential country.
Prices
The prices on our website are stated in the currency of the country from which an order is issued. Check our website the see which currency applies for your country.
For deliveries within the EU and Norway, value added tax (VAT) is always included in the price. Local VAT applies and is stated at checkout. For orders from outside the EU, VAT and potential customs charges are not included in the price.
We reserve the right for price changes caused by supplier price changes, error prints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Payments
We offer secure payment via Klarna and, in some countries, via PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
Via Klarna you can chose to pay by invoice with 30 days notice, by credit card, by bank transfer, or in instalments. Read more on Klarna’s website klarna.com.
The terms and conditions for payment via Klarna and PayPal are valid, and they are shown at checkout for the chosen payment service provider.
Return Policy
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30 day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
We offer free exchanges and partial returns on all orders within the EU and Norway. For a return of a complete order a return freight cost of 6 EUR / 6 USD / 59 SEK / 50 DKK will be deducted from your refund. For orders from outside the EU, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost yourself. Refunds are made via the payment method used at the time of purchase within maximum 14 business days after we have received your return. Need help or wonder about something? Contact us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
In case of a return or an exchange, the garments must be in a new and clean condition, unused, with original tags on and in their original packaging. If a garment is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a sum from the refund amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product or possibly refuse to accept the return. In case the return is refused we do not cover any potential freight costs to ship the product back to customer.
Potential paid freight costs are not refunded in the event of a return or exchange.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
Complaints
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged when it arrives or should you have received the wrong product, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.
In the event of a production error, we grant a 1 (one) year guarantee on our products from the time you received a delivery.
Examples of obvious material or manufacturing defects that mean that a complaint is approved: Pocket is sewn in, zipper is broken, button has fallen off.
Examples of "faults" that are not covered by the warranty: Garments in wool or polyester mix as studs. Unnatural wear of garments. Print on garments fades in connection with washing. The fabric fades in the wash. Water-repellent ability that has decreased after washing.
The complaint must be sent immediately after it is discovered, or at the latest 10 days after you have received the delivery.
- How to proceed when sending us a complaint?
Potential errors and defects should always be reported to [email protected]. Send us an e-mail with your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will pay the return freight for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product does not present any errors or defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Special conditions for promotions
Promotions and offers are usually one-off events and can by default not be combined with already existing discounts. In the case of the promotion type ""buy X get Y for free"", the gift product is tied to the condition that you as a customer are keeping product X. When returning product X, the gift product Y must also be returned. If only product X is returned, the regular price of product Y will be deducted from the refund amount.
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from our products.
We take no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products/product properties that have been made by the respective supplier, nor for other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve the right for any typing errors on this site as well as for final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain colour difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our general terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the Website. The changed terms are considered accepted when you as a customer are placing an order or are visiting our website.
Dispute and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN; Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes), see https://www.arn.se/om-arn/Languages/english-what-is-arn/.
For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's dispute settlement platform, see https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show
In the event of any dispute, we will follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
