We deliver to all EU countries as well as to selected countries outside the EU listed below. All orders are shipped from our warehouse outside Stockholm in Sweden. When an item is in stock, we always pack and ship your order the same day we receive it or the next day, to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, we will ship your order the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Expected delivery time to different countries:
Sweden - 1-2 days
Germany - 3-8 days
Denmark - 2-4 days
Netherlands - 3-5 days
Norway - 2-7 days
Rest of the EU - 3-7 days
International orders from outside of EU - 5-8 days
We offer free shipping alternatives within all EU countries and Norway. All orders are shipped with DHL, DPD, UPS, Bring or Postnord from Sweden.
In addition to all EU countries and Norway, we also ship to the UK, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
For orders from outside the EU, we offer free shipping on orders over GBP 150/EUR 150/USD 200. For smaller order amounts, the shipping costs amount to GBP 15/EUR 15/USD 19. All orders are shipped with DHL, DPD, UPS, Bring or Postnord from Sweden. Orders from outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and other charges in accordance with local regulations. These charges are not included in the price and are not covered by Beyond Nordic.

Return or exchange within the EU and Norway
You have a 30 days right of withdrawal to return or exchange an order. The return period is counted from the time you received your order. The return must reach us before the end of the 30 days period.
We offer free exchanges and partial returns within the EU and Norway. For a complete return of your order, we will deduct a return freight fee of 6 EUR from your refund. You can simply return your order to us using our return plattform, pleaese log in with your e-mail used when placed the order and order number. Droppa Returnportal.
Items can be exchanged for another size or color of the same model. It is also possible to exchange a product for another product of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher or lower price, please place a new order and return the item that does not fit according to the instructions below.
Items must be returned in unaltered condition, the original label must not be removed from the item, and the item must be in its original packaging. If an item has been used or does not meet one or more of the above conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
Expected time for returns processing from the time you submit your return to the agent varies, the table below shows approximate times that may be affected by external factors such as major holidays, SALE periods, etc:

Norway - 10-20 days
Denmark - 5-10 days

How to return or exchange from within the EU or Norway
We offer free exchanges and partial returns within EU and Norway. For a full return of your order, a return shipping fee of 6 EUR will be deducted from your refund. You can easily return your order via our return portal.
You can exchange for a different size or color of the same model. It is also possible to exchange for a model with the same or a lower price. All of this is managed in the return portal. If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher price, place a new order and return the first one.

How to return or exchange from outside the EU
If a size does not fit and you therefore want to exchange an item, feel free to check our size chart on the product page if you are unsure about which is the right size for you.
1. First, order the desired garment directly on the website if you want to make an exchange. You can also indicate on the enclosed return form (download here) that you would like to make an exchange. We will then send you the requested item as soon as we receive your return
2. Fold the garment and pack it in the package it came in.
3. Fill in the return form and put it in the package with the returned item. Pack the return well. You can reuse the same packaging in which the order was delivered.
4. Close the package well and stick the return label on the package. Cover the old label on the package or remove it.
5. Post the return at the shipping point of the shipping company by which the return is sent. Always keep a shipping confirmation, as this is your proof that the return was posted.
Please note that if you are exchanging an order from outside the EU, the parcel might be subject to additional customs fees and charges.
