Size reference

Fabric up close

When choosing materials for our products there are many factors that are important. The main focus being comfort, durability, breathability and how it performs in various weather conditions. The BN001 Hiking Pants are constructed with a ventilating material with excellent breathability, 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton that features water-repellent Teflon EcoElite® (fluorocarbon-free DWR impregnation).

Upper leg ventilation

Both upper legs feature zipped ventilation openings with mesh panels on the outside of the thighs. Allowing you to adjust airflow to the upper parts of your legs when needed during warmer climates or more intense activity.

Adjustable leg opening

The BN001 Hiking Pants feature an easily adjustable mesh leg opening. The zip and button closure allow you to lock tight the trousers over your boots while the ventilation allows air to flow cooling you down during warmer climates or conditions. Flexibility is important when conditions can change at anytime!

Multi-loop

A standard feature across many models in the Beyond Nordic Hiking Pants range. Perfect for hanging tools such as an axe, hammer, ice pick or any other tool/gadget you require regular easy access to.

RECCO® - Be searchable!

When out in the wilderness safety is extremely important, which is why we feature RECCO® Technology in as many of our garments as possible. This garment is implanted with a RECCO® reflector chip, making you searchable to professional rescue teams around the world by air or ground in the event of an accident or if you get lost in the outdoors. RECCO® reflectors are lightweight and require no power or activation to function. They are designed to last a lifetime and do not age or wear out.
