BN004 Outdoor Pants - The all-round outdoor pants for every adventure
The BN004 Outdoor Pants from Beyond Nordic are the upgraded version of our most popular hiking model – now redesigned with enhanced performance, fit, and durability. Built from our durable Terraflex™ fabric and treated with Rudolf Bionic Eco DWR (a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent finish), these pants are engineered to resist light rain, wind, and dirt while maintaining high breathability and comfort throughout your activities.
Strategically placed 4-way stretch panels across the hips, seat, and back of the thighs, as well as on the knees, ensure exceptional freedom of movement and a perfect fit during every step, climb, or stride. For optimal climate control, ventilation zips on the inside of the thighs and at the lower legs allow you to easily regulate airflow depending on activity and temperature.
The waistband is adjustable with dual Velcro straps for a custom fit, while all YKK® and PGP zippers ensure long-lasting reliability. Two spacious thigh pockets with bellows construction and zipper closures provide secure storage for your essentials – including a built-in mesh phone pocket. Two open hand pockets give you a total of five smart storage compartments.
Reinforced lower leg sections protect against wear from boots and rough terrain, while the boot hook and adjustable leg ends allow you to attach the trousers securely to your footwear for a snug fit. A reinforced crotch section with triple stitching adds durability for demanding use, and reinforced belt loops feature a practical attachment point on the front side for a carabiner or small tools. Dual-button waist closure for extra stability and comfort when you’re on the move.
For added safety, the BN004 comes equipped with a RECCO® reflector, making you searchable by rescue teams in case of an emergency.

Items can have minor defects from manufacturing, these can include: small pinholes or stains, uneven stitching or misaligned logos. In most cases defects will be repaired by our repairs team. You will receive a fully functioning garment.

Unfortunately not, we are unable to list imperfections for each garment, however we promise that the item is fully functional and outdoor-ready. Should you be unhappy with your garment you always have the right to return the garment with our 30 day returns policy.
Will I know exactly what’s wrong with my item?
Fast & safe delivery
Our delivery times are normally 2-7 days depending on where in the EU you live. All orders placed before 12.00 noon during weekdays are normally dispatched on the same day. We send all our shipments with DHL.
Open purchase for 30 days
Of course we want you to be satisfied with your Beyond RE:NEW clothing. That's why we always give you an open purchase period of 30 days. The only condition when sending an item back is that the item is returned to us unused, with it's original packaging and tags. If an item is miss delivered or incorrect, please contact our customer service.

When out in the wilderness safety is extremely important, which is why we feature RECCO® Technology in as many of our garments as possible. This garment is implanted with a RECCO® reflector chip, making you searchable to professional rescue teams around the world by air or ground in the event of an accident or if you get lost in the outdoors. RECCO® reflectors are lightweight and require no power or activation to function. They are designed to last a lifetime and do not age or wear out.
