As we reflect on 2025, I feel both proud and deeply grateful for the progress we continue to make together. Sustainability is no longer a side initiative — it is becoming an integrated part of how we design, produce, and take responsibility for our products throughout their lifecycle. This year marks another important step forward in our long-term commitment to reducing our environmental footprint and using resources more responsibly.

Further Reductions in Returns

Lowering product returns remains one of the most effective ways we reduce emissions, transport impact, and unnecessary waste. Through ongoing improvements in fit, product development, and customer guidance, we continue to see meaningful progress.

In 2025, we achieved an additional 8.6% reduction in our return rate compared to the previous year. This improvement is the result of better decision-making tools for our customers and a sharper internal focus on quality and consistency. Fewer returns mean fewer shipments, lower emissions, and less strain on resources — a clear environmental gain.

Reaching 70% Recycled Materials

One of our most ambitious goals to date was to significantly increase the share of recycled materials in our production — and in 2025, we made major strides.

I’m proud to share that 70% of the materials used in our 2025 production are recycled. This achievement represents a substantial shift away from virgin resources and moves us closer to a circular production model. By reusing existing materials, we help reduce energy consumption, waste, and the environmental pressure linked to raw material extraction.

Our products containing recycled materials remain clearly marked, empowering our customers to make more sustainable choices.

Introducing Beyond RE:NEW

This year, we also took an important step toward reducing waste at the production level with the launch of Beyond RE:NEW, an initiative from Beyond Nordic focused on giving products a second chance.

RE:NEW consists of garments that are fully functional but may have minor cosmetic imperfections. These pieces are carefully sorted either at the factory stage or during our own quality control process, where we hold extremely high standards. Instead of discarding these products, we make them available under the RE:NEW label.

By doing this, we:

• Prevent perfectly usable garments from going to waste
• Extend the life cycle of our products
• Reduce unnecessary resource use
• Offer customers a more accessible and responsible purchasing option
