Hiking pants with removable legs from Beyond Nordic. Durable pants suitable for hiking, trekking and other outdoor activities during hot and cold days.
The pants have front and back zip pockets as well as a easy access mobile pocket on the thigh. The pants are reinforced at the waist and lower legs for better durability and fit. Ventilation zippers on the outside of the thighs allows you to easily control the temperature. The pants have a built-in transmitter from Recco® that sends out signals and makes you searchable if you get lost on the mountain or during a walk in the forest.

Machine wash rarely!
Over washing breaks down your garments water-repellent properties. The black sections of our BN001 and BN002 pants feature a brushed surface, which may increase static and attract lint, fur, and other particles more easily. To maintain the best appearance and performance of your pants, we strongly recommend following the care label instructions and washing them separately from other garments. This will help prevent lint and fibers from transferring and sticking to the fabric. Machine wash your garment at 30°C separetely when necessary. We recommend using a technical cleaner such as Nikwax Tech Wash® designed for outdoor clothing. Always check your garments wash label for precise instructions.

Use fabric softener - this can clog the pores of the fabric
Tumble dry - this can shrink or damage your garment

The BN002 Hiking Pants are constructed with a ventilating material with excellent breathability, 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton that features water-repellent Teflon EcoElite® (fluorocarbon-free DWR impregnation).
Upper leg ventilation
Both upper legs feature zipped ventilation openings with mesh panels on the outside of the thighs. Allowing you to adjust airflow to the upper parts of your legs when needed during warmer climates or more intense activity.
Zip-off
The BN002s ultimate feature is the zip-off legs turning your hiking pants into shorts in an instant, 2 garments in 1! Incredibly useful when space is limited in your back pack or when the weather and climate can quickly change while out on your hikes.
Multi-loop
A standard feature across many models in the Beyond Nordic Hiking Pants range. Perfect for hanging tools such as an axe, hammer, ice pick or any other tool/gadget you require regular easy access to.

When out in the wilderness safety is extremely important, which is why we feature RECCO® Technology in as many of our garments as possible. This garment is implanted with a RECCO® reflector chip, making you searchable to professional rescue teams around the world by air or ground in the event of an accident or if you get lost in the outdoors. RECCO® reflectors are lightweight and require no power or activation to function. They are designed to last a lifetime and do not age or wear out.
