The BN009 Zip-Off Hiking Pants are your go-to solution for versatile outdoor performance. Designed with removable lower legs, they quickly convert into shorts—ideal for hikes where the weather or intensity changes throughout the day.
Crafted from our durable, eco-conscious recycled TERRAFLEX™ fabric, the BN009 combines rugged durability with silent movement and a soft, brushed finish for all-day comfort. With chunky zips and strategically placed ventilation openings at the rear thighs and lower legs, these pants help regulate temperature on demanding trails.
Built for functionality, the BN009 features practical pockets located on the side of the legs, including zipped and velcro accessory options, plus a utility attachment point for tools. Reinforced triple stitching, 4-way stretch zones, and knee pad compatibility make them a serious choice for bushcraft, backcountry expeditions, or hands-on outdoor work.
The RECCO® search reflector adds a valuable safety feature in remote areas, while thoughtful details like multi-tool loops, boot fastening system, and adjustable cuffs make these pants ready for any situation.

Colour Description
Over washing breaks down your garments water-repellent properties. Machine wash your garment at 30°C separately and only when necessary. We recommend using a technical cleaner such as Nikwax Tech Wash® designed for outdoor clothing. Always check your garments wash label for precise instructions.
DO NOT:
Use fabric softener - this can clog the pores of the fabric
Tumble dry - this can shrink or damage your garment
Iron - this can damage your garment
Wash and care
Items can have minor defects from manufacturing, these can include: small pinholes or stains, uneven stitching or misaligned logos. In most cases defects will be repaired by our repairs team. You will receive a fully functioning garment.

What kind of imperfections can I expect?
Unfortunately not, we are unable to list imperfections for each garment, however we promise that the item is fully functional and outdoor-ready. Should you be unhappy with your garment you always have the right to return the garment with our 30 day returns policy.
Will I know exactly what’s wrong with my item?

Our delivery times are normally 2-7 days depending on where in the EU you live. All orders placed before 12.00 noon during weekdays are normally dispatched on the same day. We send all our shipments with DHL.
Open purchase for 30 days
Of course we want you to be satisfied with your Beyond RE:NEW clothing. That's why we always give you an open purchase period of 30 days. The only condition when sending an item back is that the item is returned to us unused, with it's original packaging and tags. If an item is miss delivered or incorrect, please contact our customer service.

Recycled TERRAFLEX™ Fabric
Built for performance with a conscience, our signature TERRAFLEX™ fabric combines sustainability, durability, and low-noise wear ideal for stealthy movement in rugged environments. The main body features a rugged yet breathable blend of 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton, while the stretch zones incorporate 92% recycled polyester and 8% spandex for unrestricted mobility. A Teflon EcoElite® DWR finish offers eco-friendly water-repellency, ensuring you stay dry in light rain without sacrificing breathability.

Utility Attachment Point & RECCO® Reflector

7-Pocket Configuration
Thoughtfully designed for utility and access, the BN009 offers seven total pockets, including: 2 classic hand pockets and 2 zip-secured pockets on the side of the thighs for valuables or trail maps. 3 Velcro-flap accessory pockets—perfect for multitools, snacks, or small electronics. This layout balances storage and movement, letting you carry essential gear while keeping weight distributed and snag-free.
Webbing Boot Loop

4-Position Leg Cuff Adjustment & Lower Leg Ventilation

When out in the wilderness safety is extremely important, which is why we feature RECCO® Technology in as many of our garments as possible. This garment is implanted with a RECCO® reflector chip, making you searchable to professional rescue teams around the world by air or ground in the event of an accident or if you get lost in the outdoors. RECCO® reflectors are lightweight and require no power or activation to function. They are designed to last a lifetime and do not age or wear out.
